The Wildflower team is dedicated to making your event a success. Together with our network of vendors, we are ready to help you plan your event. Below are the answers to many of the common questions that our clients have.

Where in the Smoky Mountains is the Wildflower located?

We are located near Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg at 1235 Jayell Road, Sevierville, TN.

Do I have to contact you for pricing?

We list our pricing on our Investment page.

What is included in the venue rental fee?

See our Weddings page for what is included, available dates, and prices.

What dates are available?

Because we just opened in March of 2021, many dates in 2021 and 2022 are available. See our Available Dates page.

How do I schedule a tour of the Wildflower?

You can easily schedule a tour on our Visit the Wildflower page. If you can’t make it in-person, we offer live video tours. Just select the Google Meets option when booking your tour. 


Will there be another wedding the same day?

No. We want you to enjoy your special day so there will not be another wedding at the venue on your date.


How does catering work at the Wildflower?

We are fortunate to have many great local caterers who offer a variety of menu options and price points. While we do not require you to use a particular caterer, some caterers we love are listed here. We also allow caterers who have not catered at the Wildflower before. They will just need to be approved by us.


Do you offer decor?

Yes, we have centerpieces and some standard decorating items available.


What is your alcohol policy?

We have a Bring Your Own Alcohol policy. You will need a licensed bartender. Some great local bar services are listed here.


Is there overnight accommodations nearby?

Yes. The John Ogle Farmhouse is located a short walk from the Wildflower and can sleep up to 12 people. The Wildflower is 1 mile from Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort & Spa. Many more lodging options are nearby.


May we stay at the Farmhouse during our event?

Yes, in fact, we highly recommend it! Being so close to the Wildflower, the John Ogle Farmhouse  is a great way to take the stress out of getting to and from the event center on your special day. The Farmhouse makes a great gathering place for your family and friends before and after your event.


What other kinds of events can the Wildflower host?

In addition to weddings, we host parties, receptions, showers, and conferences.
